Our mission is to proactively care for the people and communities that we serve.
A message from our Clinical Director…
“Our Primary Care Network is a fantastic collaboration between three local surgeries who are very unique and individual, but also share the same common goal of working together for the greater good of our patient communities. We take pride in our proactive approach to providing the best health care that we can, working with individual practices, wellbeing and community support services and local community groups to offer a wide scope of services that can really make a difference to our patients. Most of our staff live and work in the local area and take pride in serving the community and collaborating with other local healthcare professionals to share knowledge, expertise and benefit others. We thank our staff and patients for their patience during the COVID vaccination programme and in their support in helping us to facilitate positive change across our PCN.”
