The Hayling Island & Emsworth Primary Care Network is a collaboration involving the Elms Practice, Waterside Medical Practice and the Emsworth Medical Practice.
Hayling Island and Emsworth Primary Care Network puts people at the heart of everything we do. Our vision is that people lead healthier and happier lives and realise their potential in our Hayling Island and Emsworth communities.
Bringing together three GP practices alongside our community health services to collaborate more closely allows us to make better use of local resources, gain shared learning and offer innovative ways of working.
We value our teams and take pride in delivering local and accessible high-quality healthcare for all. We aim to provide a holistic and flexible approach to health and wellbeing that makes sure we can empower everyone in our communities to gain the best support in the right way.
