The team takes a person-centred, holistic approach, recognising that mental health is influenced by social, emotional and practical factors. Their aim is to ensure you receive the right support, at the right time, in a way that suits your individual needs.
How We Can Help
The Wellbeing Team offers a range of support, including:

Low-level mental health support

Help managing stress, anxiety and low mood

CBT-based therapy and guided self-help

Social, emotional and practical wellbeing support

Ongoing support alongside long-term health conditions

Referrals into local and national services
Support is delivered by a multidisciplinary team, including social prescribers, mental health practitioners, care coordinators and wellbeing advisors, all working together to provide the most appropriate help.
What Happens After a Referral

Your referral is received by the Wellbeing Team. - Triage
The team reviews your referral and directs it to the most appropriate service. - Confirmation message
You will receive a message confirming which service you are under and when to expect contact. - Ongoing support
A member of the team will contact you to begin your support.
